End User License Agreement (Terms and Conditions of Use)

Introduction

By accessing or using the Favorite app (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”), including our Privacy Policy. We recommend that you read all documents carefully before creating an account and using the app.

We may update these Terms periodically and will notify you of any significant changes. If you do not fully accept these Terms, you must not use our services.

Eligibility and Rules

Who can use the App?

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be an individual (no companies or bots).
• You must not be restricted from using digital services by any authority.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your registration info accurate and up to date.
• Use the app respectfully and within the law.
• Do not create multiple accounts without permission.
• Protect your credentials and don’t share them.

What is not allowed

• False or misleading information.
• Using others’ accounts or letting others use yours.
• Law violations or third-party rights infringements.
• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
• Hacking or compromising the app’s security.

• Recent and authentic personal photos.
• Respectful messages.
• Truthful profile information.
• Personality expressions that follow the Terms.

Prohibited Content

• Nudity, pornography, explicit content.
• Hate, violence, racism, discrimination, harassment.
• Third-party photos without consent.
• Sensitive data or financial info.
• Fake profiles, misleading identities.
• Illegal or harmful activities.
• Spam, scams, suspicious links, unauthorized ads.

🛡️ Zero Tolerance for Abusive Content

Favorite has zero tolerance for any abusive, offensive, or illegal content. This includes:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexual content or nudity
• Violence, self-harm, or incitement
• Anything that endangers safety or experience

Child Safety Policy

The Favorite app maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors and ensuring that our platform is used responsibly by adults only. For full details on our safety measures, please read our Child Safety Policy.

We use moderation tools to detect and remove such content. Accounts may be suspended or banned without notice. Users are encouraged to report misconduct through the app.

User & Platform Rights / Account Termination

User Rights

• Access and edit your profile.
• Delete your account and data.
• Report abuse and request support.
• Control app permissions.

App Rights

• Suspend or remove violating accounts.
• Remove inappropriate content.
• Apply measures to keep the app safe.

Account Termination

You may delete your account anytime in the app settings. The profile will be removed immediately, though some data may be temporarily retained for legal/security reasons.

Purchases, Subscriptions and Cancellations

Favorite is currently 100% free. In the future, you may use coupons to test premium features as they are released.

Usage Restrictions / Dispute Resolution / Liability

• Illegal activity or violations of law.
• Harassment, hate speech, or violence.
• Spamming or fraud.
• Damaging app performance or user experience.
• Fake or duplicate accounts.
• Sharing prohibited content.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes will be governed by Brazilian law unless otherwise legally required.

Limitation of Liability

Favorite is not responsible for user behavior, indirect damages, or interruptions outside its control. Use the app at your own risk — it is provided “as is” without guarantees.

Account Closure and Data Retention

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time via settings. Once closed, you must create a new account to return.

Data Retention

• Data may be kept up to 3 months after voluntary closure.
• If banned, data may be kept up to 1 year to prevent abuse.

All data is securely stored and used only as needed, in accordance with data protection laws.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All app content — including text, images, logos, code, and features — is owned or licensed by Favorite and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the app without written permission.

By sharing content (e.g., photos or messages), you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to share. You grant Favorite a free, global, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to display and distribute the content while it’s on the platform.
